Overview of Services

The first step in UDUSA’s ODCIO (“On-Demand CIO”) engagement is to work with your senior team to assess the state of your business and existing IT infrastructure and resources. Using this information, your CIO will develop and present to you a fully customized IT Roadmap.

Our IT Roadmap:

  • Is written in understandable terms with specific, implementable recommendations. There’s no benefit to an overly technical, esoteric plan that doesn’t get utilized because it doesn’t mean anything to your business. Our IT Roadmap is designed to be just that: a roadmap with clear, step-by-step suggestions to get you from your current state to one of IT efficiency.
  • Takes into account your business’ goals and objectives rather than pushing an independent IT agenda. Our CIO’s have extensive business experience and know how to identify IT opportunities that will work for your business.
  • Improve productivity and profitability. Building on the above point, our firm belief is that technology should always help rather than hinder your business. An IT approach that aligns with your business should have a tangible effect on your bottom line, whether by itself generating revenue, by improving productivity, or by increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Is completely unbiased. Unlike most IT companies, we do not endorse any specific brand or product. Instead, we stay up to date on the entire IT market, including evolving technologies, and make recommendations appropriate for your specific business and situation. Whenever possible, we will present you with multiple options when selecting equipment and hardware, with a cost-benefit analysis built into the report.
  • Understands your industry, since our team includes experts in healthcare, government (defense, security, intelligence, and other fields), nonprofits, and the private sector (businesses of all sizes).

Whether your business is experiencing growth and expansion, changes in leadership, an acquisition/merger or relocation, UDUSA is excited to work with you to develop an IT plan that meets your business’ strategic goals.
